PEPPER

The pepper harvest season in Egypt typically commences in June and proceeds through five stages of harvesting. To achieve the desired red color, two additional stages are allowed before harvesting.

Varieties of Egyptian pepper :

Jalapeno pepper : Named after Jalapa, Mexico, the Jalapeno pepper is moderately spicy and widely

CHILI pepper : Chili peppers come in various heat levels and flavors, from mild to fiery hot.

Banana pepper : Resembling bananas in shape, Banana peppers offer mild sweetness.

Cherry pepper : Small and round, Cherry peppers are mildly spicy with a sweet flavor.

Mexican pepper :This pepper, also known as "blonde pepper," is a mild to medium-heat pepper with a slightly sweet and grassy flavor. It's yellow when ripe.

Lombardi peppers: These are large, mild peppers that are similar to bell peppers.
